I haven’t actually done the proper research myself, but I think it goes something like you rock up at the births registry office in the city, provide sufficient evidence to prove that you are you, then get the details corrected and they’ll print everything off and stuff....

I HAD TO RESCHEDULE MY LEARNER PERMIT TEST, AGAIN. This time it was because ‘Janet’ isn’t on my birth certificate, so now I have to go to the births registry office, get my name changed and get my birth certificate reprinted. Notice anything different about the top of my left ear? I took the plunge today and finally got a cartilage piercing! It still hurtsss. And yes, those are ultra-cool Lisa Simpson pyjamas. :) LOL JUST KIDDING. It’s a fake earring. Looks real, doesn’t it? :P
